Independence Pass East of Aspen
A nice July day at 13,000 feet.
Below is the parking lot at 12,095 feet.
My wife and I have skied this numerous times over the years.
This vantage is from "Heart-Attack Hill".
Locals gave it this name,either from the honkin' hike up
or the first few turns off the top where it looks like
you are skiing to the edge of a cliff.
